It was love at first site visit: towering trees, a flowing monsoon stream, and the constant birdsong made this land feel magical. From the very beginning, the intent was clear — to build minimally and let nature lead.
Designed as a low-impact, sustainable farmhouse, the structure blends into the forest rather than stand apart from it. The home is crafted using pre-engineered mild steel, Kota stone, and exposed brickwork, creating a raw yet refined dialogue with its surroundings.
Sustainability runs through every detail:
Unplastered brick walls and Kota stone floors maintain natural cooling.
Reduced concrete use ensures low carbon impact. Power backup is provided for essentials, but guests are encouraged to use energy mindfully during rural power cuts.
Water from the on-site monsoon stream is redirected through natural channels that recharge groundwater, making the ecosystem self-sustaining and regenerative.

farmPAD accommodates 6–10 guests comfortably. It’s proudly a “NO SCREENS” property — encouraging guests to reconnect with nature.
The verandah serves as a bridge between indoors and outdoors — perfect to sip chai, play board games, or unwind on the charpai.
A quick-fix station for tea lovers and early risers. Meals are prepared with local organic produce; seasonal fruits from Kadav market.
